Overview
Mosaic Wellness is a house of brands (Man Matters, BeBodywise and Our Little Joys) working in wellness and elective healthcare domain in India, UAE and stealthily starting in Indonesia. The company offers doctor consultation (predominantly free) and range of healthcare FMCGÂ products
I started my stint here as an Associate Product Manager in November, 2021. The first project I worked on was a CRM used by doctors for prescription generation in the tele-health vertical. Post release, our consultation quality assessed against various parameters of coverage of touch points & medical accuracy improved from 64.3% to 87.8%. This paved the path to the next project called Instant Appointment, which was an uberized system of appointment booking.
Post getting promoted as a Product Manager I additionally focussed on appointment booking & post appointment order placement funnels along with the tele-health programme, delivering revamped Consult Home Page on Man Matters & BeBodywise app, Revamped post consultation cart and introduced Chat based Appointment Booking & self-assessment Flow while further optimising and improving the appointment completion funnel.
As a Senior Product Manager I have been given the ownership of the Consult Charter and currently involved in developing a GTM product and strategy for paid doctor consultations.
