Overview
Was responsible for establishing branding, label design, website design & development and sales of the in-house brand of the product range of the RSK Phanrmacy's manufacturing unit. The facility predominantly focussed on contractual manufacturing aka 3rd Party Manufacturing.
In the course of 1 year, increased the share of in-house brand revenue from 10% to 35% off the total revenue by designing offerings curated specifically for offline channels in distant regions and at the same time shortening the supply chain by selling products directly to the retail stores in the localised area grossing higher margins.
